Danielle Cooper Photography retains the copyright on all images produced. You will be given a print release.  This means the best images, as selected by the photographer, will be released to you.  Your print release grants unlimited printing of your images for your personal use, posting of images on social media, and a digital file to keep forever.

 

Danielle Cooper Photography reserves the right to edit and release only the images that meet the photographer's artistic and professional standards.  Unless discussed prior to the session, your gallery may contain a mixture of colour and black & white images.  At no time will all images or unedited images be released to the client.

 

You may not use the images for commercial use without consent from Danielle Cooper Photography, nor may you alter the images in any way without permission.  You may at no time claim copyright to the image.

 

All images remain the copyright of Danielle Cooper Photography to be used in present or future advertising, marketing, porfolio work and website content.
